We offer classes in 6 week sessions. Each class on our schedule takes place once a week for the 6 week session. 


To join a class:

  1. Check out our class types here

  2. Visit our store  to purchase your pass

  3. Click here to activate your pass 


When you sign up for a class, you can choose:

  • A FLEX PASS that allows you to join classes in person and online (a limited number of flex passes are available for each class)

  • An ONLINE PASS that gives you access to the live stream of each class 

  • Both passes include access to recordings of all the classes in the session you sign up for, so you can join in on your own schedule

  • ​Not sure which class to sign up for? Subscribe to our VIDEO LIBRARY to access all of our online yoga videos; do any classes you want on your own schedule
