Welcome to The Rivers Yoga

The Rivers Yoga is an online library of yoga and mindful movement classes.

I believe that the benefits of yoga should be accessible to everyone. Yoga is a beautiful way to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility and inner calm. The best part is that yoga is very adaptable, and it is something you can do for yourself!

Practicing along with our video classes is a great way to take some quality time to step out of the busy-ness of everyday life to breathe, decompress and connect with your inner peace. It can also be a fantastic complement to osteopathic care.
